In today’s era of spread-em-out offenses, there’s nothing like an old-school Triple Option run play to fool your opponent. The QB Follow is just such a play.
With the QB Follow play, the QB fakes to the B-back and the follows him through the hole. This is very effective because it doesn’t look like a standard ISO play, and as such, defenses typically won’t defend it that way.
