In this Double Pin & Pull Option, the quarterback reads the middle linebacker to see if he flows with the T-Back. If he does, the quarterback pulls the ball and follows the guard upfield.

| QB | Read the M. If he flows with T, pull it and follow the G. |
| T | Motion across to opposite side of the QB. |
| X | Block the man over Z. |
| Z | 1 Step Hitch. |
| Y | Block LB the M to your side. If there is not LB to your side, work to Safety. |
| H | Block LB the M to your side. If there is not LB to your side, work to Safety. |
| LT | Block down on the E. |
| LG | Pull and kick out the 1st defender outside the TE. |
| C | Drive Block the N. |
| RG | Pull and kick out the 1st defender outside the TE. |
| RT | Block down on the E. |
