On this episode of Inside the Headset, we are joined by Scott Sinclair, Director of Strength and Conditioning for football at the University of Georgia, and Milo Austin, Assistant Head Coach/Wide Receivers/Co-Special Teams Coordinator at Morehead State University.
Coach Sinclair started out in the Strength and Conditioning department at Wake Forest University from 1999-2001 before serving as the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach and Director of Player Development at Georgia Tech (2001-03). Sinclair then spent nine years as the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Central Florida. He was certified as a Master Strength and Conditioning Coach in 2012 by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association. Prior to joining the University of Georgia staff in 2016, Coach Sinclair spent three years at Marshall University as the Director of Strength and Conditioning.

Immediately after finishing his playing career at West Virginia University, Coach Austin took a position at Midwestern State working with running backs in 2006. He coached running backs and special teams at Hampton University (2008-09), served as the Director of Player Development at the University of Cincinnati (2010), and was the Offensive and Special Teams Coordinator at Lanphier HS in Illinois (2011). Austin returned to the collegiate ranks in 2012 to coach running backs at Glenville State College for three seasons. He joined Morehead State in 2015, where he has coached Wide Receivers and Tight Ends/Slots, served as Director of Football Operations, Video Coordinator, and Co-Special Teams Coordinator, and most recently added the title of Assistant Head Coach.
